Re: Guests and/or Co-hosts for "Serious About Tech" podcast
Here's how I kickstarted getting knowledgeable podcast guests:
1. Find news stories in the press that relate to topics you want on talk about on your show.
2. Identify the experts who are quoted in the articles.
3. Further search the news for those experts to validate their knowledge base.
4. Contact the prospective guests and ask them to come on the podcast.
5. Repeat endlessly
The journalists who write those stories are also good guest candidates.

That looks interesting! Here's another idea that worked for me: The link to a "Guests on the Podcast" page can be part of the initial query to prospective guest. Let's them see who else has been on the show, establishes credibility, and sometimes fosters a bit of competitive motivation.
