Where can I buy some comfortable, good-sounding, well built, and affordable earbuds? I am budgeting $10 for these.

That's a tall order for $10. What I usually recommend, the Sennheiser HD201's, go for about $20-$25.

Are you looking for earbuds specifically or headphones an option too? I'm assuming you meant actual earbuds, but I do know sometimes people use the term in regard to headphones too.

I can spend up to $15 for something that is durable (use every day).

Zachary, by the lack of responses I'm sorry to say it but I just don't think there's anything below $20 that most podcasters would recommend. My suggestion to you would be to look at what's in your local stores for that price or save up just a few more dollars and get those Sennheiser cans.

I just got a few pairs of cheap earbuds at the dollar store, and am going to get some $25 headphones for other times like editing.

My apologies for not being able to offer any suggestions, unfortunately I just don't have much information for that price point in that regard. Let us know what you find as I'm sure others will be curious. :)

I am thinking now that I will just buy some Apple Earpods. I recently tried a pair that my cousin uses, and they are very comfortable to my ears.

One good thing to be said about using Apple AirPods is that a huge percentage of our audiences will be using them to listen to our shows. Ideally you would want to listen and edit to your podcast on better speakers/headphones for reference, but definitely worth using them as they are undoubtedly the most prevalent single way of listening
